By using Aurora Forgeworks or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you're representing an organization, you're agreeing on its behalf.
Orders and shipping
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If we can't ship your order, we'll refund the full amount. Shipping times are estimates and can vary.
Refunds and returns
We back every order with a 90-day no-questions refund. Email [email protected] to start a return. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate account and shipping information.
- Use our products as directed and consult a licensed professional when relevant.
- Do not attempt to abuse the refund policy, chargeback in bad faith, or resell without authorization.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including product formulations, images, copy, and brand marks — is owned by Aurora Forgeworks or its licensors. Please don't copy the whole thing. Fair use of a paragraph or an image with attribution is welcome.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurora Forgeworks's liability for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of the products is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll post the updated version and change the date at the top. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
